To complete projects in a well-organized and efficient manner, Everything Graphic works closely with clients throughout the entire process – which consists of four distinct phases:
• Phase one involves information gathering through a discovery process. Based on information gathered through client questionnaires, we define overall goals and write the creative brief (indicates the visual style requirements).
• During the second phase, we translate all that information and brainstorm for unique and creative design solutions. With the visual style requirements established, we begin designing the visual “look & feel” of the project. This may include how a particular color scheme would be perceived by the target audience or how one particular tagline or layout may work better than another.
• Design, phase three, is where a piece really starts to take shape. We typically submit two to three different designs for review and incorporate feedback in subsequent designs. After two or three rounds of modifications, the final design receives client approval.
• During the final phase, production, we will recommend, coordinate and supervise all finishing techniques through project delivery. We publish the completed web site or deliver the completed print project and evaluate the success of the project. For web projects we also develop a maintenance and hosting plan, in addition to assisting with marketing the site, if required.
